The Highest Level of Quality
Just like a cat with their nonchalant entrance and exit to a room, the Omega reclining mechanism on Catnappers are precision manufactured to be the smoothest and quietest reclining mechanism manufactured. In addition to stealth reclining, this power easy chair features durable construction in every detail.
The seat box frame is solid hardwood and each corner joint is double doweled and secured with steel “L” brackets. Apart from the frame, the other component of the seat box is one hundred percent steel, the strongest manufactured, there will be no issues with splitting or warping in this vital area. No-Sag™ steel wire springs creates the premium grade eight-gauge sinuous spring system; they are inserted into the steel seat box via computer positioned steel clips for precision.
Additional strength highlights include trouble free operation with the metal mending plates that are used in the rear of the seat back instead of the weaker staple. C.N.C. saws are used to cut furniture grade plywood to create interlocking component frame parts with Mortise and Tenon joints for extra sturdiness.
Backed Up with Warranties
Jackson Furniture backs up their quality workmanship with different types of warranties for each component of the lift chair. These warranties are offered to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. A limited lifetime warranty is offered for the patented parts of the mechanism in the event of manufacturing and/or material deficiencies as long as the the product is used in a normal manner for its useful life.
